Clean common areas.

The office was never open when I needed help, leaving me frustrated. I waited over 15 minutes one morning, only to find no staff available for assistance. The dishwasher was dirty upon my arrival, and I had to deal with that issue myself, which made my stay exhausting.

The Queen Suite offered an excellent layout that made our family feel relaxed. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped, making meal preparation easy during our three-night stay. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the common areas, which added to our overall comfort. Similar to our previous visit, we found the place very clean, which was a huge plus.

Some areas are showing signs of wear and tear.

The King Suite was spacious and perfect for a family. The attached kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the outdoor courtyard was great for our kids to play in. Plus, the overall cleanliness was impressive!

I loved the spacious layout of my suite, which made it easy to settle in, and the surrounding parks, like Church Street Park just over 2 km away, provided perfect spots for leisurely walks and enjoying nature.

stayapt suites raleigh-durham/rTP is an excellent choice for the price. we stayed in a queen suite for 7 nights, and it was perfect for three adults. the sofa bed was comfortable, making our stay cozy. plus, having no charge for receiving packages was a nice perk!
